Newly-promoted English side Crystal Palace say they will take a quick decision on Ghanaian trialist Quincy Owusu-Abeyie after his agent warned that he could sign for another club.
The former Arsenal winger has been impressive since starting a trial with the club this month but he is yet to be offered a contract.
His agent warned last week that several clubs in Turkey, Spain and France are keening on sigining the player who is a free agent after leaving Greek side Panathinaikos.
Palace assistant boss Keith Millen says Abeyie  is someone he and Ian Holloway will have in their 25-man Premier League squad - if they decide to offer him a contract.
“The trouble with some trialists is they’re not fit, and when they do come in, you’ve got to get them fit before you can make a decision," Keith Millen said.
“We’ve got two in at the moment in Quincy Owusu-Abeyie and Osman Sow, so I expect us to make a decision soon."
Abeyie is also seeking to return to the Black Stars with good performances in the English Premier League if he signs for Palace.
