English-born Ghanaian teen Daniel Adu-Adjei finished the season with AFC Bournemouth's developmental team with another goal in the final of the Professional Development League final.
The 19-year-old was on target for the Cherries as they suffered a painful 3-2 defeat to Brentford at Vitality Park on Wednesday.
Adu-Adjei, the leading scorer of Bournemouth's youth side, opened the scoring for the Cherries but Iwan Morgan and a brilliant Romelle Donovan strike turned the game on it's head.
Harold William levelled for the Cherries in the thrilling encounter but Brentford left it late to score the winner after curled home for the visitors.
Adu-Adjei rejoined Bournemouth in January after a short loan spell at Carlisle United, training with the first team in January and February.
He played a pivotal role in Bournemouth's run to the final of the Professional Development League, scoring double figures for the Cherries.
