Daniel Opare will be available for a free transfer when the window opens in the summer, GHANASoccernet.com can confirm.

The Ghana international's contract expires at Royal Antwerp at the end of the season.

The 29-year-old has had his season at Antwerp hampered by an injury which sidelined him for the entire 2019/20 season.

Opare suffered a knee injury during a preseason friendly against KFC Brasschaat and had to  undergo surgery.

He lost his place to the strong Aurelio Buta.

Having gained experience with teams such as FC Porto, Standard, Besiktas and Augsburg, he should not struggle to find a new team.
