Ghana attacker David Accam has explained the reason why he did not play for Chicago Fire on the opening day of the American Major League Soccer on Saturday dawn.
The 23-year-old was not on the Chicago Fire team-sheet as they slumped to a 2-0 away loss against title-holders LA Galaxy in Los Angeles.
Accam explains to GHANAsoccernet.com why he missed the game: "I was injured but will be back for next week's game."
