Ghanaian midfielder Geoffrey Acheampong found the back of the net twice on his debut for AC Kajaani as the drew 2-2 with FF Jaro in the opening day of the Finnish second-tier.
Acheampong who joined Kajaani in June 2020 from USL side LA Galaxy II and was playing his very first league match scored the opener for the home side in the 24th minute on Saturday.
Jaro came from behind to lead 2-1 in the second half despite going down by a man following a red card to one of their players.
Acheampong got the equaliser for Kajaani in the dying embers of the game, seven minutes into additional minutes.
The 23-year-old played for French side SC Bastia in 2016 and Mexican outfit Tiburones Rojos de Veracruz in 2017 before heading to USA to join LA Galaxy II in 2018.
