Promising Ghanaian defender Abdul Ibrahim Wahab made his debut for Famalicão in their Portuguese top-flight clash against Benfica.
Wahab came on as a second-half substitute for Famalicão, who were condemned to a 5-1 defeat.
The West African Football Academy (WAFA) graduate replaced Calvin Verdonk in the 46th minute and gave a positive account of himself.
The 21-year-old joined Famalicão this summer on a three-year deal from Chaves.
The motivation behind the move was to play first-team football, having been limited to youth football at Chaves.
Chaves brought Wahab to Portugal in 2017 from WAFA. He played for their U-19 team before moving to the B team, a year later.
