Defensive duo Lumor Agbenyenu and Abdul Rahman Baba are set to leave Real Mallorca before the end of La Liga season

Ghana duo Lumor Agbenyenu and Abdul Rahman Baba will see their contracts with Real Mallorca end with six games left until the end of the La Liga season.

Agbenyenu and Baba are both playing on loan at the Spanish side from Sporting Lisbon and Chelsea FC respectively.

The two defenders will have their loan spells come to and end on 30 June 2020 whilst the season comes to end on 19 July 2020.

The Spanish top-flight resumes over the weekend after about two months suspension due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Mallorca will contact the parent clubs of the two players to request for extension of the loan who could immediately accept or request additional money to allow their players to stay until the end of the season.

Agbenyenu has featured 20 times for Mallorca in the Primera division this season with impressive performances.

Baba who has spent most of the season on the sidelines has also made only two appearances in the La Liga for Mallorca.

Baba's contract with Chelsea expires on 30 June 2020.
