Tributes have been paid to Cameroon midfielder Patrick Ekeng, who died on Friday evening of a suspected heart attack after collapsing during a game. The 26-year-old fell to the floor in the 70th minute without making contact with anyone in a televised Romanian league game between Dinamo Bucharest and Viitorul.
