Disciplinary Committee A to adjudicate cases on Friday

The Disciplinary Committee “A” of the Ghana Football Association will be sitting Tomorrow, Friday, September 16, 2016 at 5pm to adjudicate a number of cases.

The following persons are to attend without failure. The Disciplinary Committee shall proceed to take decisions in the matters involving them should they fail to attend:

A.        Misconduct Cases

All clubs or persons who have opted for personal hearing in respect of charges preferred against them by the GFA Prosecutor must please attend the hearing, failing which the Disciplinary Committee shall precede with the misconduct case.

B.        Protest Cases

On protests filed by Premier League clubs, Division One League clubs or National Women’s League clubs, Sanford Women’s FA Cup clubs and appeals against decisions of the Disciplinary Committees of the Regional Football Associations by lower league clubs from the Regional Football Associations (RFAs), the GFA Disciplinary Committee shall adjudicate immediately the exchange of the processes (Protest, Defence and Reply if required or Appeals, Defence and Reply if required) in the matter are fully exchanged and the matter become ripe for adjudication.

The following protests are in the exchange of processes stage, the Disciplinary Committee will adjudicate them immediately the protests become ripe for hearing:-

    3. Dunkwa United FC vrs Cornerstone FC   --- case 2
    4. FC Samartex 1996 vrs Tarkwa United FC
    5. Proud United SC vrs Karela FC
  4. GN Bank Division One League -  Zone 3
    1. Roberto FC vrs Sporting Mirren FC
    2. Great Olympics FC vrs Amidaus Professionals FC
    3. Great Olympics FC vrs Okyeman Planners FC --- case 1
    4. Great Olympics FC vrs Okyeman Planners FC --- case 2

Kindly note that per the GFA Statutes and Regulations, Protests from clubs and Appeals against decisions from the 10 Regional Disciplinary Committees do not require personal hearing unless the Disciplinary Committee deems it fit to call the parties to its hearing.
