With match action in the FA Cup under their belts, clubs in the Division One League will ready for this weekend's big kick off involving 49 clubs.

For all the sides, the ambition remains the same. Playing their way to the Premier League next season.

Three slots available ahead of the incredible start to the season on Sunday in six zones.

Fourteen sides - King Faisal, Okwawu United, RTU, Vipers, Hasaacas, Eleven Wise, BA Stars, B.A United, Bofoakwa Tano, Mine Stars, Tarkwa United (formerly called Tarkwa Gold Stars), Great Olympics, Zaytuna and Sporting Mirren - and have tasted competition in the elite ranks in the past.

The chance to return to the big ranks is enticing but the other sides are expected to push for promotion too.
