Wa Suntaa, Young Apostles, Bofoakwa and RTU football clubs respectively calls for cancellation of the 2019-2020 league season.
GFA President Kurt Okraku held a meeting with the Zone One Division One Clubs this evening through ZOOM video call to find measures on the way forward of 2019-20 sporting season.
All other football competitions in the country was suspended since 15th March, 2020 in the country with no indication over when the game will resume.
The four clubs today during the meeting voiced out to the GFA President to halt the league immediately to aim the preparation for the upcoming new season when restrictions are called off.
The other Division One Zone’s will engage in their meeting through Zoom Video call around 4pm GMT during Thursday and Friday respectively.
