Dreams FC manager Juha Posaja surprised with his sides performance in draw against Dwarfs

Dreams FC manager Juha Pasoja admits shock over his sides performance in their 1-1 draw against Ebusua Dwarfs on Saturday in the final game of the first round of the Zylofon Cash Premier League.

The Ghana Premier League returnees began the game brightly but looked out of shape in the second half, after losing Captain Leonard Owusu through injury.

Leonard Owusu’s early strike for Dreams FC was cancelled out in the 43rd minute by Dwarfs forward, Michael Asamoah.

“I think we were good in the first 20 minutes but then we stopped playing and that was a big surprise for me. I was very confused and angry about the performance,” the Finish manager told the club's website.

“We stopped playing as a team. We were not moving the ball and the second half was a disaster. We were lucky that we could get one point.”

There were early changes made in the second half in a bid to turn the tie on its head but Manager Pasoja pointed out that the substitutions could have been better.

“The substitutions were because we wanted to put more offensive power to the game but it was not good enough to get the three points and I think we did some mistakes with the substitutions because they didn’t help us.”

This game was Juha Pasoja’s official 3rd game in charge of the team since replacing Abdul Karim Zito as Manager of the first team.
