Dreams FC have reinforced its squad ahead of the upcoming season by signing defensive midfielder Kelvin Ahiable from Home Stars FC.

The move comes as part of the club’s strategic efforts to avoid a repeat of last season's struggles, where they narrowly escaped relegation.

Dreams FC announced the signing via their official X account, revealing that Ahiable has agreed to a long-term contract that will keep him at the club until 2028.

The talented midfielder made 25 appearances for Home Stars FC in the Division One ZONE 3 league, earning a reputation as a reliable and solid presence in midfield.

“We are delighted to announce the signing of Kelvin Ahiable from Home Stars FC. The Defensive Midfielder has agreed to a deal that will run until 2028,” the club’s statement read.

With the Ghanaian registration window closing on Sunday, August 25, sources suggest that Dreams FC may still be active in the transfer market, with plans to bring in additional players to further strengthen their squad.

Following their impressive run to the semi-finals of the CAF Confederation Cup, Dreams FC aim to improve their performance in the upcoming Ghana Premier League season and the FA Cup.

The club is determined to build on their recent successes and establish themselves as a formidable force in Ghana football.
