Dreams FC striker Lawson Bekui says they will put lessons of their painful home defeat to Asante Kotoko to good use.

The debutants tasted their first home defeat in the Ghana Premier League on Wednesday after Dauda Mohammed 33 seconds goal slip them at the Dawu Park.

Bekui believes he and his teammates have garnered valuable experience playing against the Ghanaian giants.

“I think we did well though we missed a lot of chances. Kotoko is one of the oldest and arguably the biggest club in Ghana and Dreams is very young so being able to face them squarely proves a lot,” Bekui told Dreams FC’s official website.

"We were hoping for a win but it did not come as we conceded an early goal and lost.

"We have to now stay focus and look ahead to our next league game, our attack was not all that sharp in the game but our coaches will work on us for the next games."
