Dutch-born Ghanaian striker Kevin Luckassen has pledged his international future to Ghana.

The 19-year-old who plays for Dutch top-flight side AZ Alkmaar has indicated his willingness to play for one of the national teams.

The AFC Amsterdam youth attacker has personally written to GHANAsoccernet.com, Ghana’s leading football website, to enquire about the possibility of representing the West African country at the international level.

“I am Kevin Luckassen, 19 years football player. I play for Holland first division AZ Alkmar and Holland National team,” Luckassen said in a letter to GHANAsoccernet.com

“I’m a Ghanaian and my dream is to play for Ghana.

“I wanted to ask if you could help me contact the GFA.”

Luckassen, born to Ghanaian parents hopes to join Quincy Owusu-Abeyie, Kevin-Prince Boateng and Emmanuel Frimpong as players to have played for Ghana.
