Ajax want to sign Dutch-born Ghanaian attacker Myron Boadu before July 1, according to report in the European country.

The Dutch giants are very much interested in Boadu, who has been in excellent form this season. He has scored 14 goals and 8 assists in 23 league games for the club.

The Ghanaian descent came into contact with Ajax when he was 11 years.

He trained three times and played a friendly game in which he scored once. Quite a good trial but Ajax thought differently as they turned him down.

The Eredivisie is currently on suspension due to the coronavirus pandemic. A decision is set to be taken by the league management as whether to cancel the league or restart when it is safe.
