Ebusua Dwarfs have confirmed they will play in Africa next year after receiving a letter from the Ghana Football Association.

The Cape-Coast-based side finished fourth in the Ghana Premier League last season has been selected to play in the CAF Confederation Cup after the country regained its two lost slots.

Dwarfs will join MTN Ghana FA winners Medeama in the continent's second-tier competition.

Hearts of Oak and Amidaus Professionals who were losing semi-finalists in the FA Cup competition were not ready to play continental football.

They two clubs would have clashed in a play-off to decide the winner.
