Ebusua Dwarfs have released six players from the club for low output as they look to strengthen their squad for the rest of the season.

The Cape Coast based side decided to sack the players to free up spaces for new additions in this transfer window.

The players are goalkeeper Stephen Awere, Jacob Ampretwum, Isaac Donkor, Osei Afriyie, Emmanuel Owusu and Bokuo Hayford.

Ebusua Dwarfs have communicated the decision to the players involved.

The "Abontoa Abontoa" outfit are expected to announce new signings in the coming weeks as they look improve the side when the Ghana Premier League resumes.

The Ghanaian top-flight is currently suspended in wake of the global pandemic novel coronavirus.
