Ebusua Dwarfs resume training ahead of Normalisation Committee special tournament

Ghana Premier League side Ebusua Dwarfs have returned to training ahead of the Normalisation Committee special cup.

The Cape Coast based club have been on break since the Christmas period but will begin preparations for the Normalisation Committee tournament on Thursday.

Players and technical staff of the club have been told to report for training today in Cape Coast.

Football in the country was brought to a halt following the revelations of the Anas documentary dubbed number 12 last June.

A Normalisation Committee was set up by FIFA to resurrect football in the country following the collapse of the former Ghana Football Association.

As part of the mandate of running the day to day administration of the FA, the Committee is organising the tournament to keep players and club's busy on the interim.

Dwarfs finished the first round of the Ghana Premier League in 15th position before the suspension of the topflight league.
