Vietnam-based Ghanaian midfielder Edmund Owusu-Ansah believes his fine form for Song Lam Nghe An will help him live his dream of playing for a top European side.

Ansah, who captained the local Black Stars to second place at the maiden CHAN Tournament, has helped his side to the top of the Vietnamese league.

Many have criticised the former Kotoko and Heart of Lions player's move to the Asian country but he thinks otherwise.

"I am doing well here. My club is at the top of the league and I believe that will earn me a move to Europe," Ansah told GHANAsoccernet.com

"I am sorry for that kind of thinking. I believe if I do well with God, I can make it to the top. I don't think Prince Tagoe was wrong to move to Saudi Arabia. He did and now he is a player for a top German side."
