Edubiase bag US$ 750,000 for duo sale to Sundowns - reports

New Edubiase United will be richer by US$ 750,000 after selling duo Mumuni Abubakar and Emmanuel Baffour to Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa, according to reports in the local media.

Sundowns are reported to have paid US$ 550,000 for Ghana Premier League top scorer Baffour.

The 23-year-old will pocket US$ 16,000 as his monthly salary and a signing on fee of US$ 150,000 for his two year contract.

Ghana Under-20 captain Abubakar, who signed a two-year deal with the option of a further three years on Monday, cost Sundowns US$ 200,000.

The two players are expected in Ghana on Friday night and rejoin the club for pre-season.
