Egyptian side Ismaily are pushing for the International Transfer Certificate of Ghanaian midfielder Torric Jebrin.
The 24-year-old, who signed a three-year deal with the North African side, is yet to start training due to the delay of his paperwork.
Ismaily have requested the Egyptian FA to facilitate the ITC from Turkish second-tier side Bucaspor.
Jebrin joined Ismaily on a free transfer after a four-year stint in Turkey where he featured for Trabzonspor and 1461 Trabzon.
