Ghanaian striker John Antwi resumed scoring after winning the Egyptian Premier League Golden Shoe Award as he cemented the victory for Ismaily in their 2-0 pre-season triumph over UAE side Kalig on Sunday.

The former Hearts of Oak striker, 21, used the 68th minute to express his superior scoring form by hammering home a cruising finish from just inside of the box.

Antwi picked up the award last season after netting 11 times in the Egyptian top-flight and is keen on retaining his title should he remain in the league.

He has been on the wishlist of giants Al-Ahli as well as a couple of clubs from the Arabian peninsula.
