Egyptian referee Gihed Grisha will handle Ghana's Nations Cup thrid-place play-off against Mali on Saturday night.
He will be assisted by Peter Edibe from Nigeria and Moffat Champiti, a Malawian on the lines.
Gassama Bakary Papa from the Gambia is the fourth official.
Ghana beat the Eagles of Mali 2-0 at the group stage but are yet to recover from the semi-final defeat to Zambia.
The match will be played at the Estadio Nuevo in Malabo.
