Africanfootball.com understands Egyptian Premier League side Ismaily are close to signing Asante Kotoko striker Abdul Aziz Yusif.
Ismaily want to bolster their squad for the 2014/2015 campaign after finishing fourth in the zonal league for last season.
If his move is sealed, he will team up with compatriot John Antwi who was the club’s top scorer for the just ended season with 11 goals.
The 22-year-old had a successful season with Kotoko after scoring seven goals in 19 matches in the Ghana Premier League.
Yusif scored the match in their 3-2 win over lower division Istanbul in the round of 16 match at the Baba Yara Stadium.
