Eleven Wonders Chief Executive Takyi Arhin is at variance with government's decision to ban football activities because of the coronavirus pandemic.

Ghana president Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has banned all social gatherings in a move to stop the spread of the deadly virus.

Markets have been opened to the public but protocol of social distancing  is not observed.

This has forced Arhin to question the rationale behind that decision.

''Why are the markets still operating as normal?'' he quizzed.

''Social distancing is a major problem there but nobody is talking about that.''
