Esperance striker Emmanuel Clottey has been ruled out of action for two weeks with a minor knock.

The former Berekum Chelsea striker picked up a knock during the Black and Gold’s 1-0 win at Bizertin in the Tunisian top-flight over the weekend.

The 24-year-old has been told to take a two-week break as a precautionary measure after undergoing a scan on his knee.

Clottey scored his debut goal for Esperance in their 3-0 win over Olympique du Kef on November 25.
