Emmanuel Nettey - League suspension won't affect me much

Hearts of Oak midfielder Emmanuel Nettey claims the suspension of the Ghana league will have very little effect on his performance.

The Ghana Premier League has been put on hold as a measure to prevent the widespread of the global pandemic coronavirus.

Nettey says he has designed a routine personal training to keep his shape until the league resumes.

"The break of the league will affect me in a way but not that much because I am having my personal schedule," Nettey stated in a video on Twitter

"Even in this break, I have my own training program I am following at home. We are praying to God to get rid of this coronavirus so that we can go to full scale training once again."

The 23-year-old has been instrumental for the Phobians with glimpses of exciting displays in the Ghana Premier League this season.

Nettey was named the club's best player for month of January following an outstanding efforts in games he played in the month.
