Essien return excites Drogba

Essien booked into the Ghana camp on Wednesday after completing his treatment on a hamstring injury sustained last month in Uefa Champions League match.

Drogba,who failed to impress in Ivory Coast's tournament opener,believes Essien arrival in change the mood in the Ghana squad ahead of their clash on Friday.

"It's going to be nice to see him again and am really happy for him that he is fit again so that is good." Drogba said after training on Wednesday.

Essien is unlikely to be named in Milovan Rajevac's starting line-up due to his lack of match fitness.
