Recent reports suggest that Chelsea may make a double swoop for two top Premier League players. According to 90min, the club are considering signing both Moises Caicedo from Brighton and Declan Rice from West Ham in the coming weeks, which would be a significant and impressive double signing.
Chelsea had previously attempted to sign Caicedo in January and have long been admirers of Rice, who has been strongly linked with a move to Arsenal for the upcoming season.
