Dutch-born Ghanaian footballer Myron Boadu has been left out of the Netherlands provisional squad for the upcoming Euro 2020 Championship which kicks off on June 11.
The 20-year-old had an impressive season for AZ Alkmaar scoring 15 goals in 31 appearances for the club but was unable to make the squad.
Netherlands head coach Frank De Boer named his 36-man squad on Friday 14 May which will later be pruned down to 26.
UEFA have confirmed that national teams will be allowed to take 26 players to Euro 2020 instead of the standard 23-man squads.
Liverpool's Virgil van Dijk is among notable names that were not included in the squad.
The center-back announced he won't be playing in Euros due to his injury.
