Marseille striker Andre Ayew will sign a pre-contract agreement with Everton in January, ahead of a move to the Barclays Premier League in the summer.

The talented Ghanaian, who turns 25 on Christmas Eve, can play anywhere across the front line and scored two goals at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

The Mirror report that Ayew has agreed a move to Merseyside, with his contract in France due to expire at the end of the season.

Ayew last week denied he has signed a one-year contract extension with Marseille.

The Ghana international has insisted his target is to win this season's Frecnh Ligue 1 with Les Phoceens before commenting on his future.
