Everton Could Spend Up to £30m on Land for Goodison Park Relocation

​Everton have plans to relocate their home stadium Goodison Park, but they have been told that it will cost them around £30m to purchase land on the bank of the River Mersey, per ​The Guardian. Everton owner Farhad Moshiri and chairman Bill Kenwright, are in negotiations with the Peel Group, who own the site in north Liverpool.
