Former Berekum Chelsea assistant coach Yusif Abubakar has revealed he will decide his future in a couple of weeks after he mutually agreed parted ways with the league champions.

Abubakar claims he is not in a rush to jump to a new job but says he will soon make an official announcement on his plans.

He has since returned to the CK Gyamfi Soccer Academy in Winneba as head coach.

"I decided to leave Chelsea based on personal reasons and I'm grateful to the chairman, players and the fans for their total support during my stay with the club and will forever cherish that," Abubakar said.

"I am returning to my employers after taking a two-year leave and will like to say that I will surely be back on the bench but won’t be in a rush to do so."

Abubakar played an instrumental role in Chelsea's historic Premier League crown last season.
