Ex-Ghana star Abdul Razak claims he will prove his crendentials as a top class coach if handed a national team job with any of the junior teams.
The 1978 African Footballer of the Year has challenged the Football Association to give him an appointment to make a case for himself.
"It's a challenge I am throwing to the GFA because of the way I have been teated as a coach on the local scene, he told Graphic Sports "I dont know if I have offended somebody at the FA."
The former Real Tamale United coach is surprised that he has been overlooked by the football authorities for a coaching position
"I think equal opportunities should be given to those of us who have some history behind us in the coaching profession.
"Coaching is one's ability to perform and having first excelled as a player and later as a coach in both the local and international levels, I have no doubt that I possess the wherewithal to head the technical department of any of the national teams."
Razak won four league titles with Malian side Stade Malien and guided Asante Kotoko to the Ghana Premier League title in 2003.
Nicknamed the Golden Boy, he played for Ghana from 1972-1987 where he earned 71 caps.
He was a member of Ghana's 1978 Africa Cup of Nations winning squad.
