Ex-Ghana FA boss Nyaho Tamakloe says it will be suicidal for Hearts of Oak to dispense with the services of head trainer Nebjosa Vucecivic.

The management of the club has come under massive pressure from section of their fans to sack their Serbian trainer after Sunday's morale inflicting 3-1 defeat to rivals Asante Kotoko in a pre-season match.

Many Hearts fans fear the side may struggle in the Premier League this term and want a big technical shake-up in the team.

But the ex-Hearts chairman wants fans to exercise patience with the European tactician.

''It will not be in the interest of the team to sack the coach at this time. You don't conclude on the performance of a coach simply because he lost one or two games,'' Tamakloe said.

''The issue is not about the coach and so when matters of such matters come, up, fans should be patient so they get into the real issue and deal with it.''
