Former Hearts of Oak midfielder Kofi Abanga has made himself available for Asante Kotoko but will only join the Porcupine Warriors if they are able to meet his demands.

The 32-year-old, who has been inactive for almost two years, says he will accept to play for Kotoko if they agree to pay him a salary of Gh¢ 3,000 a month.

“I will play for Kotoko if they pay me Gh¢ 3,000 as monthly salary.” Kofi Abanga told Francis Akwaffo on Silver FM in an interview.

Abanga was one of the most popular players in the country during his time with the rainbow family due to the unique skill he attached to his game.

He falls in the category of the young footballers to have emerged from the local scene who couldn't reach the full height of their potential.
