Ex-Black Queens captain Adjoa Bayor is backing the Under-20 side to win gold at the All Africa Games on Saturday.

The Black Princesses are up against a hard-tackling Cameroonian side in the finals of the multi-sports competition at the National stadium.

Bayor, who played at three successive World Cup finals, is optimistic the youngsters will out-play the robust Les Lionness.

"The match is going to be very tough for the girls because the Cameroonians are very strong and that’s what they will use to their advantage," Bayor told Citi Sports.

"But we have skillful players who can run for over 90 minutes and so I believe we will also exploit that and beat them.

"I have watched all their games and seriously these crop of players are the future of women football in the country and they deserve all the support and prayers."

Ghana have been impressive so far in the competition by scoring seven goals and conceding two.
