Albanian champions KF Tirana are interested in signing WAFA SC attacker Richard Danso for the new season, GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm
Tirana are expected to present a lucrative offer for the services of the Ghana youth star in the coming days.
Danso is a highly rated player who has been tipped for greatness following his exploits in the Ghana Premier League and the Ghana U17 and U20 teams.
He was a key member of the Ghana squad at the 2017 FIFA U17 World Cup where he played four games and scored two goals.
Danso spent the 2019 season on loan at USL League One side North Texas SC having made 12 appearances, scoring twice and providing one assist.
The 19-year-old returned to WAFA in February 2020 after his spell at North Texas expired.
Tirana want to add the highly rated attacker to their ranks as they eye Europa League group stages and also retain the Albanian championship.
