Ghanaian forward Ebenezer Assifiuah is set to be fined by Pau FC for missing the first day of training as his side commenced preseason training ahead of the 2021/22 season.

Pau FC opened camping on 18th June at the Nouste Camp with 15 players reporting to training on the first day.

The French Ligue II side begun physical training exercise which was supervised by coach Pierre Lamugue.

Ebenezer Assifiuah missed the first day at training and is likely to be fined according to Didier Tholot.

GHANAsoccernet.com understands that Ebenezer Assifiuah missed the first day at training without any proper excuse.

Pau FC has lined up four friendly games and will be training twice a day as the team intensifies training for next season.

The 2021/22 Ligue II season is scheduled to start on July 24.
