EXCLUSIVE: Emmanuel Toku opens up on playing behind closed door as Denmark first division restarts

Fremad Amager midfielder Emmanuel Toku has opened up on playing football behind closed doors as the Denmark first division resumed today after several weeks on hold due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The 20-year-old played the entire duration for his side in their 2-2 draw against Kolding IF on Saturday in the Denmark first division.

The Black Satellites captain in an interview with GHANAsoccernet.com spoke about how it felt playing behind closed doors.

"It was a tough and good game as well. unfortunately, we couldn’t win and it was our first game after the lockdown.

"For now we playing behind closed doors and it was something different"

"We are hoping  to win our next league game"

Concerning his fitness level in today's game he said, "My fitness level is good but I need more training"

The league just resumed so we hope in the subsequent matches i can really improve and get back in shape.

Emmanuel Toku believes his side can make thee top spot with hard work and determination despite currently placed sixth on the league table with 28 points.

"We are still working hard to be on top is not easy tho but with hardworking, determination and focus we can".
