Spanish club Leganes will benefit from Atletico Madrid star Thomas Partey transfer fees should the Ghana International be sold by the club in the summer.

Thomas Partey joined Atletico Madrid youth side from Leganes.

Leganes currently owns 10 percent of Thomas Partey's transfer rights.

At first, Leganes had 50 percent of the rights but Atletico Madrid bought 40 percent at a fee of six million euros in 2017.

Thus, Leganes, Mallorca will benefit from the sale of the Black Stars midfielder should Atletico Madrid release him.

Thomas Partey has been on the radar of most top clubs in Europe following his stellar performances for Atletico Madrid in all competitions.

Manchester United have emerged as favorites to land the Ghanaian Super star.

The 26-year old has played 16 games for Atletico Madrid this season in the La Liga and has scored a goal. In the Champions League he has played in all group matches and scored a goal as well.

Leganes have stakes in Ghanaian players such as Baba Iddrisu, Thomas Partey and Kassim Nuhu.
