EXCLUSIVE: Kudus Mohammed to arrive in Amsterdam tonight to complete Ajax move

Ghana midfielder Mohammed Kudus is expected to arrive in Amsterdam tonight to complete his big move to European heavyweights Ajax, GHANASoccernet.com can exclusively report. 

The 19-year old left the Danish capital of Copenhagen on Wednesday afternoon and could arrive in Amsterdam within the next few hours.

Mohammed will undergo the mandatory medicals after agreeing personal terms with the Dutch giants in a deal worth €9 million. The former Ghana U-17 star will then put pen to paper on a five year contract.

Kudus has been one the most prolific teenagers in Denmark, scoring 12 goals in 25 appearances for Nordsjælland.

It's a massive career move for the Ghana international, who has gained inches in the global media for his exploits in the Danish Superliga.

The Ghana youngster caught the attention of Europe's big giants including Liverpool, Everton, Manchester United and Borussia Dortmund.

He has opted to Ajax who are famed for honing talents of footballer across the globe.

Kudus made his Ghana national team debut last November when he came on as a substitute against South Africa in the Nations Cup qualifier. He scored his only goal for the country in that match.

Mohammed began his career with Right to Academy before moving to Europe to sign for FC Nordsjaelland.

He shot into prominence after a good FIFA U-17 World Cup in India in 2017.
