Manchester City youngster Amankwah Yeboah has arrived in the country to join the Black Satellites squad for the 2019 CAF U20 Cup of Nations, GHANASoccernet.com can exclusively report.

The 17-year-old was born in the United Kingdom to Ghanaian parents and has decided to commit his international football to Ghana.

The former Crystal Palace Academy player arrived last night and will join his teammates in Sogakope for training

Yeboah is a key figure for City in the U18 Premier League and also featured for in the UEFA Youth League.

The 6’3 tall defender should bolster coach Jimmy Cobblah’s side ahead of the tournament.

Ghana are in Group B alongside Senegal, Mali and Burkina Faso.

The 2019 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations will run from 2-17 February in two host cities Niamey and Maradi.
