GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal that Aduana Stars could be dealt a huge blow as Sudanese club Al Hilal prepare to scoop their top target Vincent Atingah.

The former Hearts of Oak defender could strangely be found in the squad of Sudanese side Al Hilal as they prepare a sumptuous package to lure the defender,

The former Hearts of Oak stalwart defender who is inches away from joining Ghana Premier League champions Aduana Stars is a top target for the Sudanese side.

The Black Stars B defender who was a revelation at the 2017 WAFU Championship is believed to have caught the eye of scouts of the Sudanese side who were in Cape Coast during the tournament.

GHANAsoccernet.com sources in Sudan have revealed that Al Hilal are likely to offer a mouthwatering amount of $200k as signing-on fee for the free agent defender.

Atingah’s contract with the Phobians expired at the end of just-ended season and been declared as a free agent by the Player Status Committee of the Ghana FA.

Atingah was heavily linked in a move to Austrian top-flight side Autrien Wien but the interest from Aduana Stars and their participation in the CAF Champions League next year convinced the player to move to the Ghanaian champions.

But the offer from the Sudanese side could see Atingah shifting attention to Sudan as the offer looks too juicy to reject for a local-based Ghanaian player.

Atingah joined the Phobians three seasons ago from Dwarfs.
