Ghanaian forward Prince Osei Owusu has popped up on the radar of three German sides who are keen on signing the powerful attacker before the transfer windows shuts, Ghanasoccernet.com can exclusively report.

Hansa Rostock are leading the race to sign the Germany-born striker born to Ghanaian parents after their rivals  VfB Lubeck and SV Waldhof also expressed interest.

The 23-year-old, who plays for top-flight Bundesliga side Arminia Bielefield, has been a key player for the club but has struggling for playing time this season.

The former Germany youth international is weighing his options and could make a switch before the transfer window closes.

The attacker is now close to leaving the Bundesliga side following interest from the three clubs but wants the right offer.

"We don't have as many inquiries for any player and as for Prince Owusu, from abroad, 1st division, 3rd division, up and down," said Arminia sporting director Samir Arabi said.

"Up to now there wasn't the right one for the player. We have to respect that."

Osei Owusu spent the last season and a half at 1860 Munich, where he made 44 appearances, scoring seven times and providing six assist.
