Milos Veljkovic has joined Bundesliga club Werder Bremen from Tottenham in a permanent deal, signing a contract until 2019.
Veljkovic, 20 years old, had six months remaining on his deal at Spurs and will reportedly cost Bremen in the region of £500,000.
Reports in Germany claim the centre-back will spend the rest of the campaign in Bremen's under-23 group, before being promoted to the first team next season.
