United Arab Emirates heavyweights Al-Ain have made a first official bid for Ghana winger Samuel Owusu following his outstanding campaign in his maiden professional league season, GHANASoccernet.com can exclusively report.

The 24-year-old Al Fayha superstar was the shinning spark in a difficult season for the Oranges, which saw them relegated at the end of the campaign.

Owusu's performances has seen him attract interest from several clubs, but Al-Ain have shown seriousness in signing the player as negotiations between the two parties start.

GHANAsoccernet.com understands that the winger's able, reliable, efficient and top representative Michael Osekre is working around the clock to tie a new deal for his client.

The former Vision FC attacker joined Al Fayha from Serbian side Cukaricki last summer, however his stay with the Oranges could soon come to an end after raising the stake high with his explosive displays.

He scored seven times in 28 appearances for the club in the Saudi Professional League.

The speedster and dribble magician is a man that is small in stature but massive when it came to ability and heart.

With great acceleration and a thrilling directness about his play, he's got an extremely bright future.

It's been a remarkable turnaround for the hugely-talented wideman since he broke into stardom after his explosive breakthrough with the Black Stars

Owusu started his professional career in 2014 after signing for Serbian side Radnik Sordolica.

He moved to Turkish side Genclerberligi before returning to the Serbian league to sign for  ÄŒukarički in 2017 where he scored seven goals and provided 10 assists last season.

He has been capped 8 times by Ghana.
