The 20-year-old clocked 56.7% as he made the cut for the top 10 dribblers in the Finnish elite division.
The talented Ghanaian left-back is followed by AC Oulu's Magnus Breitenmoser.
The former Ghana youth player has been impressive for Honka since he joined from Legon Cities last year.
Afghan-born Finnish midfielder Moshtagh Yaghoubi, who plays for giants HIFK Helsinki, has been ranked as the best dribbler in Finland.
