FC Nordsjaelland manager Flemming Pedersen has described Ghanaian youngster, Isaac Atanga's finish against OB on Sunday as excellent, praising the calm approach by the forward.

Atanga was scoring his first goal for the club since March 8, after netting the opener in the 1-1 draw against OB in the Super Liga over the weekend.

The 20-year-old calmly controlled and lobbed the ball over a rushing OB goalie to open the scoring in the 55th minute.

"We already score 10 minutes in the second half. An excellent goal by Isaac Atanga after a good deep ball from Mikkel Rygaard," said Flemming Pedersen after the game.

"It was great to see Isaac make such a small chip where he was calm at the closing moment. Because that's exactly what he's had a little trouble with. Many times he has been stressed in those situations," he added.

Atanga was making his second appearance of the season for Nordsjaelland who had Ghanaian teenager Kamal-Deen Sulemana in the starting line-up.

Last season, he was one of the best performers for the club after scoring seven goals in 34 league appearances.
